CoastalChems COA Program

CoastalChems is committed to transparency and product verification. To further strengthen quality assurance, we are introducing our Certificate of Analysis (COA) Program.

Program Overview

Customers who elect to have purchased products analyzed by an accredited third-party laboratory may be eligible for a 50% refund of the product cost upon submission of valid documentation.

Submission Requirements

To participate, please email our team at help@coastalchems.com with the following information:

• Your CoastalChems website username
• The specific products you are requesting to apply for a refund on
• A copy of the COA issued by the independent laboratory

Refund Terms

Each COA must correspond to the original CoastalChems order.

Approved submissions will receive a 50% refund for the verified product(s).

Refunds apply only to the item(s) for which a valid COA is submitted.
