Research Use Only
All products sold by CoastalChems are strictly intended for laboratory and research purposes only. The sale and possession of our products do not grant permission or license for use in:

• Human or animal trials

Purchaser Representations
The purchaser affirms that they are a qualified individual familiar with proper handling procedures of potentially hazardous research materials. By completing a purchase, you warrant that:

• You are fully aware of and trained in the potential hazards and proper safety protocols associated with these materials.
• You will conduct additional research necessary to ensure safe and lawful usage.
• You understand that CoastalChems products may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory and that you are responsible for confirming compliance, if applicable.

Shipping, Customs, and Importation
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that products ordered are lawful and permissible in their destination country.

• CoastalChems is not liable for customs issues, importation delays, or seizures. By placing an international order, you confirm that you have reviewed your local regulations and accept full responsibility for compliance.
• The customer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the shipment and customs clearance of the products ordered.

Missing or Damaged Items
Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 7 business days of the delivery date. You must provide photographic evidence that includes:

• A clear view of the shipping label with the tracking number
• A photo of the contents received

Order Cancellation & Shipping Terms

• To cancel an order, you must email us at help@CoastalChems.com as soon as possible. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• If a package remains in “Pre-shipment” status for over a week, please note that many carriers do not scan packages until they arrive at a distribution center. Your order is still in transit.
• We do not refund or reship orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, no refund or reshipment will be issued, as returned items do not typically arrive back to us.

Product Quality Guarantee
If you test our product through a certified HPLC testing facility and the result is negative for the expected compound:

• We will refund the full purchase amount plus shipping costs upon verification of valid test results.

Affiliate Program Terms
CoastalChems reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice for violations of the affiliate program policies.

• Pending commissions may be withheld, and payments previously made may be reclaimed if terms are violated.
• Affiliates may not use brand keywords (e.g., “CoastalChems”) in paid ads, SEO-targeted content, or discount code websites.
• Self-referrals do not qualify for commissions.
• Violators may be banned permanently from rejoining the affiliate program under any name or domain.
• We reserve the right to amend the affiliate terms at any time without prior notice.
